In Person Talk Therapy

In Person Therapy refers to therapy or psychological services done in person at one of our many clinics. In person therapy offers clients the opportunity to connect with therapists face-to-face to work together.

Tele-psychology

Tele-psychology is the delivery of therapy or other psychological services through telephone and other voice-calling services. Tele-psychology allows for clients to access our services without needing to travel to our offices, which can be beneficial for those with mobility issues or those residing in remote areas.

Video-psychology (Online)

Online or video-psychology (virtual) refers to the delivery of therapy or other psychological services through video-calling services such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc. Virtual-psychology permits access to psychological services for people who may not be able to travel to our office while still offering face-to-face interactions.

Walk ‘N’ Talk Therapy

Some of our HEALthy MiND Therapists offer Walk 'N' Talk therapy as an alternative to traditional office or online sessions, weather permitting. This approach combines psychotherapy with physical activity in an outdoor, relaxed setting, potentially enhancing creativity and problem-solving.

Adolescent/Youth Therapy

Our couples counselling services help couples to problem-solve, work through conflict, and communicate more effectively with each other.

Family Therapy

Family therapy helps to  improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within the family system. It helps family members understand each other better, address specific issues, and support each other’s well-being.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions offer an opportunity for individuals to meet and discuss an issue shared by all members, while under the guidance and leadership of a trained therapist.

Individual Counselling & Therapy

Individual counselling offers clients the opportunity to meet one on one with a mental health professional to address issues they face and allow for more personalized support and approaches.
